Joachim Roeser, CEO of the Amber Group and Managing Director of Amber Chemical Company Ltd, has been appointed to the board of Directors of Innospec Inc, a global speciality chemical company listed in the USA. His appointment, which includes becoming a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee, is effective from 1 January 2008.
This role, which provides him with additional valuable experience in managing a global chemical company, does not affect his current Amber Group responsibilities.
